Cod
Cod is our principal product category. We can supply cod in a broad range of formats, sizes and packing specifications, including custom trimming, glazing, packing and portion specifications.
Fillet size ranges: 8–16 oz, 16 oz+, custom gram/ounce specs. Whole cod: 0.5–1.0 kg, 1.0–2.0 kg, 2.0–3.0 kg, 3.0–4.0 kg, 3.0–5.0 kg, 5.0 kg+. PBI and other processing specs available.
Haddock
Haddock is available in a range of formats and sizes. We can source according to specific requirements for fillet size, trimming, glazing, packaging and processing method.
Typical size range: 0.5–1.0 kg. Other sizes available according to market demand and catch availability.
Pelagic Species
Depending on season, quota and availability, we can offer frozen pelagic species including herring (200–300 g, 300 g+) and blue whiting (grade 21+ and other grades) in commercial bulk quantities. Suitable for industrial processing, foodservice and further manufacturing.
Additional pelagic species and formats may be available depending on the fishing season and origin.
